First, the land

We find the plot suited to the home you have in mind and verify what it genuinely allows: buildable area, footprint, height and orientation. An inexpensive plot that cannot accommodate your house is no bargain.

The project, from the outset

We work with associated architects who design the house with you from the very first sketch: layout, materials, efficiency and budget, all settled before the first stone is laid.

Licence and costs agreed

We manage the building licence and compare construction quotes, so that you know what the house will cost before work begins, not halfway through.

The build, overseen

We oversee construction through to handover, with a single member of the team as your point of contact throughout.
