Our origins

The idea grew out of our own careers as agents. After years in the industry, we knew its strengths well, and its shortcomings too. We believed there was room for something different: a boutique agency, approachable and honest, specialised in high-end property and focused, above all, on people.

We see ourselves as trusted advisers. For us, success is measured differently: in a family that finds its place in Marbella, in an investor who returns, or in a client who recommends us without hesitation.

In a market this competitive, the difference lies in how people are made to feel.

The founders

Ricardo Ruiz and Fernando Gil founded the team on complementary backgrounds: luxury real estate, family business, hospitality and international trade. Both are involved in every transaction, from the first viewing to completion.

What luxury means to us

The idea of luxury has changed, and in Marbella this is plain to see. Today’s client is often an entrepreneur, an investor or a professional who can work from anywhere. Their interest goes well beyond bricks and mortar.

Few clients ask how many square metres a house has. What they wish to know is how it feels to live there: the sun, the views, the privacy, waking to the sound of the sea, training well, playing golf, dining out and having the airport close at hand.

That is why we favour properties with design, sustainability, technology and, above all, soul. True luxury today is feeling free and at peace, surrounded by beauty.

What we offer, in the end, is a way of living.

How we work

Mornings are devoted to new listings and afternoons to viewings, always arranged around the client’s schedule. We drive each client to the properties ourselves and bring them back afterwards. That time in the car allows for an unhurried conversation and for every question to be answered.

We attend to every detail so that buying is a calm and orderly process. That, for us, is the difference between an ordinary agent and someone you can trust.

What we hope to leave behind

Our legacy is not measured in sales records. We hope to become part of the story of those who choose Marbella as their home, their retreat or their investment, and to accompany them at every stage, well beyond a single purchase.

We would like a family to remember us not only for finding their villa, but for having listened, understood and guided them with honesty.
